Before placing your order, please read the Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions before completing your order, please email us happyhamper.contact@gmail.com We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these conditions at any time. By making a purchase from the Happy Hamper Company, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ordering & Payment

You can place an order on our secure website or over the telephone. We accept payment via most credit and debit cards both on our website and via telephone. We take your security very seriously; if you place an order over the telephone, we do not hold credit & debit card information. We also accept payment via BACs for corporate orders. All card payments are validated and authorized prior to the completion of your order. We are not liable for non-delivery of your goods if your payment is not authorized.

Delivery

Packages are delivered Via Royal Mail 48hr delivery ( 24 hr available upon request and will incur an increased delivery charge - please email for quote) Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. If the carrier does not receive a response, they will return the gift back to us after 4-5 working days, and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any item which may become unsuitable and need replacing (e.g., perishable and chilled items).

Please ensure that your recipient will be available to receive the goods on the chosen delivery date, as we cannot guarantee that these products will still be in perfect condition if we are unable to complete first-time delivery.

Customers can request a specific delivery day, and we will do our utmost to deliver on that date; There may be an additional charge, however, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and delivery on a specific date may not always be possible at peak times such as the run-up to Christmas.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Christmas Delivery

Due to the time of year, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December; however, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.

Correct Address & Redirection of Goods

Please make sure you provide the correct address and postcode for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to address or postcode errors.

The carrier is only responsible for delivering to the address that you have provided (or an immediate neighbour if no one is at home). We regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved or lives elsewhere.

Our Hamper Packaging

Sustainability is important to us. All our hampers are dispatched in a strong twin-wall cardboard outer for protection in transit, which is 100% recyclable. We use a natural product for our hamper fill that is environmentally friendly and safe for use with food products, which is also 100% biodegradable. Wood wool is a natural product made of kiln-dried wood shavings. The processing of the product is purely mechanical, so there are no added chemicals, making it safe for use with food. The wood wool we use comes from the excess pine and spruce from managed forests, where, to maintain the health of the forest, they perform the essential process of thinning it. It gives your hampers a natural authentic look with this eco-friendly hamper filler, not only making your gift hamper look stunning but also helping to protect them in transit.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy describes the online information practices which we, Happy Hamper Company ('we', 'our'), employ relating to the information which you, our customer ('you', 'your'), provide when using www.happy-hamper.co.uk ('website'). By using the website, you are accepting and agreeing to the practices described in the privacy policy.

Damaged Items

We are dedicated to ensuring all our gifts arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a gift being damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone or email us at happyhamper.contact@gmail.com. Damaged goods must be returned to us suitably packaged. We will replace or refund the items concerned.

**Delivery Delays**

We are not responsible for late delivery of any hampers or gifts due to adverse weather conditions, incorrect delivery address, or other causes beyond our control.

**Force Majeure**

While every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary due to an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, or other causes beyond the control of the Happy Hamper Company. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest this is over seven days for UK mainland.

**Cancellation & Refunds**

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation less than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. You must notify us by email at happyhamper.contact@gmail.com.

**Alcohol**

No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive goods that contain alcohol. Courier may request Age Identification upon delivery, delivery may be refused if ID is not available.

**Allergens**

Some of the products within our hampers contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk, and gluten. Please contact us directly if you require further information; suitable substitutions may be able to be made.

**Substitutions**

We personally take considerable time selecting wonderful Welsh food produce from smaller producers in Wales to create a unique hamper that would be very different from something you could buy in your local supermarket. Many of the producers we choose have won Great Taste awards for their produce. While we always endeavour to keep descriptions of our hampers as accurate as possible, the Happy Hamper Company reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. If we need to do this, we will choose a product as close as we can to the original product listed.

**Photographic Props**

All photographic props such as plates, glasses, flowers and other utensils are not included unless otherwise stated.

All photographs, images, and graphics contained within this website are the wholly owned property of Happy Hamper Company. Any parties found to be using or copying any element of this website without permission, including our products or product descriptions, will be infringing our copyright.

In no case shall the Happy Hamper Company, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
